A digital voucher that materializes on your smartphone in the form of a QR code, to be shown - simply - to access the city's attractions included in the initiative:

The audio guides can be listened to from your smartphone in Italian, English, French, Spanish, German and Portuguese.

For most of the sites included in the Omnia Smart, there is free entry without queuing for all disabled people with certification awaiting disability. For this reason, the purchase of the Digital Pass is not recommended for disabled people and it is suggested to check whether a specific degree of disability is required for the free pass.

How Omnia Smart works

During the Omnia Smart purchase process, you will be able to book:

  • Entrance to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel
  • Entrance to the Mamertine Prison and the Colosseum
  • Entrance to the Lateran Palace

Important information:

  • Your Pass is completely digital so you won't have to collect a physical card. All you need to do is keep the purchase confirmation handy, however if necessary our offices are at your disposal: Contact us
  • For entry to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, the official Vatican Museums voucher will be sent via email within 24 hours before the booked time and must be shown at the entrance to the site. Be sure to check your email in your spam folder as well
  • To enter the Colosseum it is necessary to collect the official ticket at the Mamertine Prison, Clivo Argentario. For this reason you will have to book the entrance to the Mamertine Prison first and about an hour later the entrance to the Colosseum.
  • To listen to the audioguide you will need to download our Vatican&Rome App from the App Store or Play Store
